Website and pilot preview · Updated October 21, 2026
This notice explains information handling for the current ENmove.ME website and pilot preview.
Accounts and contact
If you create an account or sign in to the pilot, your email and sign-in credentials are processed through Supabase Auth to manage access. When available, Google or Apple sign-in shares basic account information with Supabase; ENmove.ME does not receive your provider password. If you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent through Resend to admin@enmove.me so we can respond. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message.
When you submit feedback in the app, we store your submission, account ID, app version/build and platform in Supabase. Only you and the ENmove.ME review team can read it. The team can update its status and reply. Feedback is deleted when your account is deleted.
Friends and availability
Your display name, availability, meeting radius, and activity preferences are saved in Supabase under your account. A friend invitation records the recipient’s email and expires after seven days. Only that email’s signed-in account can accept it. Accepted friends can see your display name; you control whether each friend is included in nearby discovery and can remove a connection anytime. ENmove.ME does not import social-media connections.
You can also share a personal invitation link that expires after 30 days. A signed-in member must explicitly accept it to connect. Nearby sharing starts off for both members. You can reset the link or remove a friend at any time.
Your language preference is saved in a cookie for one year. A pending connection invitation is saved in your browser so you can accept it after signing in. You can clear these preferences in your browser’s site settings.
Mobile location and nearby alerts
The website does not collect GPS. In the mobile pilot, enabling nearby alerts requests location and notification permissions. While you are open to meet, the app sends your latest coordinates, accuracy, and reading time to Supabase, including during permitted background operation. Only the latest reading is stored, rather than a location history. Exact coordinates are not returned to friends. Nearby results use mutual friend permissions, both members’ availability and meeting ranges, and readings less than ten minutes old. Low-accuracy readings are excluded. Pausing nearby alerts makes you unavailable and deletes the saved location.
If you enable notifications, your device push token is stored privately in Supabase and sent to Expo’s push service with a generic nearby-friend message. Notification delivery also uses Apple or Google’s device services. Names and coordinates are not included in the push message. See Expo’s privacy policy. You can turn off notifications or location permissions in your device settings.
Browser storage and providers
The pilot uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. You can sign out or clear your browser’s site data. Vercel hosts the website and Supabase provides account services; these providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security, including outside your country. Contact delivery is provided by Resend. See the Resend privacy policy, Vercel privacy policy and Supabase privacy policy.
